The Bar
Both The Farm at 95 and 42 have a moveable bar that offers beer and wine to be served at your reception. You have the option of choosing 4 types of beer and 4 wine varietals. Liquor is not permitted.

50% of the package you choose plus a $500.00 refundable damage deposit is due to book your date. We also require a signed contract to reserve your date. Without both of these in our possession, there is no obligation to the venue to hold your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event.
We only accept cash or check (personal or cashiers) as forms of payment. We do not accept credit cards.
If you must cancel your event, the request should be submitted in writing. You will receive your $500.00 damage deposit back, and the remaining amount returned is as follows: 6 months’ notice or more: 100% less a $250.00 cancellation fee. 3-5 months’ notice: 50%. Less than 3 months’ notice: 0%.
Your package choice will decide how many consecutive hours you get access to the venue between the hours of 8AM-11PM. All persons must be out of the building by 11:00PM or your rental end time (whichever comes first), no exceptions. If you exceed your rental time and/or are here after 11:00PM, you will incur a minimum charge of $500.00 to be paid immediately. We recommend ending your event one hour before your end rental time to give you time to remove your belongings.
